Description:

The Faith Formation Committee fosters an awareness within the parish that Christian formation is a lifelong responsibility shared by the entire faith community. Rooted in the Church’s mission of evangelization, this Committee promotes personal conversion and ongoing growth in faith through a comprehensive and integrated approach to Christian education and formation.

The Committee serves as an advisory body to parish staff, providing input on the design, implementation, and evaluation of all formation programs. These include sacramental preparation, adult and family ministry, youth ministry, school ministry, and children’s ministry.

While collaborating closely with parish staff, the Committee respects the roles and responsibilities defined in each employee’s job description.
